Tip 11: Understand that current treatment is not only non effective it’s actually bad for you. It’s not helping you reverse your type 2 diabetes. Reducing your insulin resistance is the key.

Tip 15: Spices like cinnamon and turmeric are good to reduce insulin in your body. Try and get the top grade cinnamon from the real tree and turmeric can come in real high grades in supplement form. Be careful buying cheap supplements that haven’t been lab tested.
